Full job description
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and providing quotes, follow up for the quotes with sales Team, Co-ordinate with Operations Team, service and troubleshooting job related question from customers, follow up with Service/Purchase Teams to help process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to help complete the sale as well as manage day to day duties of the reception.
As a Sales Coordinator you are responsible for:

Responsible to preparing and providing quotes, acknowledge the purchase order. Ensure all documentation done with respect to completeness of order.
Prepare additional quote for the change in scope, supply of material etc.
Ensure all documents are received in completeness with customer acknowledgement.
Prepare quotations, requested by HOD, Managers and Sales Engineers.
Prepare MR for the required material for service Job.
Read and interpret RFQ from the customer.
Report and document the activities carried out in line with the documentation requirements of the company.
Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with the applicable standards, Company Quality (ISO) procedures and provide advice to the QHSE Department of any non-conformance issues
Comply with all occupational health, safety and environmental procedures of both the company and of client while working
In addition, shall also support the activities of the other units whenever requested
Assist with typing, inputting data, and other secretarial or administrative duties
Other duties associated with successful development of the unit.
Responsible to follow up with Supply Chain and insuring Materials are delivered
Gather all documentations for invoicing.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Required Experience:
Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
Preferred to have a Graduate Degree or Diploma with prior work experience in customer service or sales
Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize the activities.
Ability to work under own initiative and solve problems, with focus on quality.
Should have more than three years of proven customer or sales support experience
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience in managing a customer account and project management.
Must have strong customer service skills: previous experience highly preferred

Required Skills:
Experience in communicating with a variety of groups/customers at different knowledge levels; strong presentation skills
Possesses managerial skills such as organizing, coordinating, integrating, directing and controlling.
Excellent customer service and support oriented approaches to interaction are required
Highly organized with real attention to detail.
Proven leadership capabilities and experience.
Excellent English command both written and verbally; Strong communicator. (Arabic would be an advantage).
Professionalism and ability to exercise discretion with confidential information at all times is required.
Awareness of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards, policies and procedures.
Good numerical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & API Q1, 7K & 16C standards are preferable.
