Bllor Marketing and Advertising looking for Office Manager/ Secretary, with below requirement,

– Organizing work in the office.
– Receiving all messages and calls and presenting them to the manager at the appropriate times
– Attending meetings to present the agenda and take notes and results
– Follow up on the agenda of the General Manager.
-Organizing meetings and meetings, and their requirements
– Arranging business trips and appointments
– Liaison between the general manager and team members
– Dealing with complaints received from abroad Discussing general problems with the administrative staff.
-Reports preparation.

Qualifications and Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years experience of office management, administrative or other related field
Experience with administrative and clerical work proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent Writing reports
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent organizational and Time-management skills
