Should be able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills
Should be ready to work in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts)

Responsibilities:
Communicate with the end user related to their incidents or the updates of their incidents
Basic troubleshooting for end-user issues
preparing and configuring new devices for end users like (laptops, IP Phone Devices, and Printer)
Basic Troubleshooting for end user’s Hardware issues
Basic Troubleshooting and Solving for end user’s Software issues like OS, Office Apps, and core business apps
Basic Network troubleshooting
Monitoring the tickets and Notifications
Escalating the unknown issue to Level 2 Support

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience.
CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, MCSA, CompTIA, Network+
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or computer engineering.
