Proficient in Indian curry and tandoor
Can take care of day to day functions of kitchen in absence of executive chef.
Previous background of 4/5* hotel Preferred

Pastry chef
Preferred age bracket 27-32
Minimum experience in 4/5* hotel of 4 year
Proficient in French pastries and pre-plated desserts.
Has to help in other sections of kitchen when required.

Pantry cook
Maximum age limit 35 years
Knowledge of salad and preparation of garnishes.
Candidates with Basic knowledge of Indian curry/ tandoor will be preferred.
