JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Coordinator – HVAC
Division/Dept. : Technical & Factory
Role Purpose:
This jobholder is responsible for providing office services by implementing administrative
systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
The jobholder is expected to handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may
include organizing files, scheduling appointments, writing copy, proofreading, receiving
guests and more, depending on the company and its needs.
Key Responsibilities:
o Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and
developing reporting procedures.
o Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices,
recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel
requirements; implementing changes.
o Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and
experiential growth opportunities.
o Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing
data, and identifying solutions.
o Provides information by answering questions and requests.
o Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying
receipt of supplies.
o Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative
projects; expediting work results.
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in
professional societies.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Education Level : Bachelor Degree
Discipline (First Choice) : Business Administration/management
Discipline (Second Choice) : Supply Chain

Experince : 5 to 8 years

Knowledge:
Thorough knowledge of Office administrative, practices and procedures
Thorough knowledge of equipment formats, systems and communications.
Thorough knowledge of establishing office & filing system
Intermediate Knowledge of Organization’s structure and reporting relationships.

Skills:
Effective communicator
Operate diverse office equipment such as computer, fax, scanner, copy machine…etc.
Perception and attention to detail
Good command sense and interpersonal skills

Language & communication skills
ENGLISH-advanced level required in speaking, reading and writing.
