1. Job Purpose
• The primary purpose of the Senior Admin Officer’s job is to lead the admin activities in an efficient and timely manner
2. Principal Accountabilities
• Supports the Personnel & Admin Heads in all decisions and tasks
• Manages catering personnel (tea boys, etc. ) at Head Office / Regional Offices
• Manages the security function at Head Office / Regional Offices
• Interfaces with utility companies as needed
• Supervises maintenance activities
• Supervises Security Personnel at Head Offices / Regional Offices
• Maintains records and databases of the Admin Unit
• Provides support for the professional development of the Admin Officers

Communications and Working Relationships
• Reports to and supports the Personnel & Admin Unit Head on all Admin matters
• Interacts on a daily basis with all direct reports for operational and other business-related matters/issues
4. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Bachelor or a Diploma holder in a related field
• Excellent general knowledge of HR & Admin processes
• Minimum 5 years experience in Admin in a comparably sized operation to ESEC
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic language
• Excellent hands of experience in MS Office, especially in Excel.
